This project in general shall consist of but is not limited to, 1) providing necessary site work and new concrete foundations for one (1) 36’-0” x 40’-0” Administrative Office existing modular building and two (2) 24’-0” x 40’-0” open interior design Classroom existing modular buildings, each to be disassembled from their present location on the Main Campus, and relocated and reinstalled on the Glenn Center under this contract. Other Work includes, providing 1) concrete site work to include site grading and installation of curbing, gutters, sidewalks; 2) new underground utilities for storm, water, electric and fiber/fire/analog wiring and cabling at new site; 3) installation of building fire alarm and data/communication systems pathways; 4) alteration of 36’-0” x 40’-0” Classroom modular on site as required to construct seven (7) new offices, one (1) conference room and one (1) custodial closet; 5) alteration of one (1) 24’-0” x 40’-0” Classroom modular on site as required to provide new classroom; 6) erosion control and general conditions in accordance with the Project design Specifications, Drawings; and 7) notifying the EPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency) prior to relocation of the modulars in accordance with other related documents and Mandatory Job-Walk and Pre-Bid Meeting.
