PRIMARY TANK: The trailer mounted primary tank is to be constructed of stainless steel. The trailer is to have two axles with a capacity rating of 20 tons. The overall height of the trailer with mounted tank shall not exceed 13 feet 2-inches. TANK: The outside diameter of the tank is to be approximately 72-inches. It is to have a 4 ½ inch diameter inlet pipe that goes to the diffuser into the tank through the overflow exit the tank and feed into the secondary tank. The tank walls are to be ¼ inch thick stainless steel (SS). There are to be four (SS) sampling ports, three sampling ports are to be mounted on the tank at the noted locations with an additional sampling port at the about the beginning of the supply line allowing for testing of the well water. There shall be a hydrodynamic vortex separator to assist with separating the solids from the liquids. It shall have three 2-inch diameter drains with stainless steel ball valves. There shall be two 2-inch effluent lines, one curbside and one street side. The curbside line is to have a sample port. The tank is to have an access ladder that starts at the base of the trailer and leads to the top of the tank. The top of the tank is to have a 2-inch (Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) molded grating. There shall be collapsible railing along the diameter of the tank. The tank is to have provisions for portable manually operated crane constructed of aluminum with a capacity of 900lbs.
