Task 1: Project Management and Meetings Conduct a Project Kickoff Meeting Hold Bi-weekly Progress Meeting with District staff Conduct two workshops to review and discuss deliverables Attend and present at a minimum of three (3) Board of Director Meetings and 3 Engineering and Water Resources Committee Meetings Submit, with monthly invoices, a progress schedule including timesheets Task 2: Data Collection Review available records, including but not limited to, as-builts drawings, recycled water master plan, equipment list, operation manuals, O&M records and Geographic Information System (GIS) data Interviews District operations staff (Inframark) on performance issues and maintenance history Perform field investigations of pump stations and distribution system to verify information provided and preform condition assessments Task 3: Condition Assessment Develop a comprehensive inventory and valuation of asset (pump, pipeline, valve, etc…) Assign a condition rating that will assess the physical condition, operational reliability, and remaining useful life for each element using a standardized scoring system (e.g. 0- inoperable, 1-eminnant failure, 2-poor, 3-average, 4-good, 5-new) Develop a business/risk consequence assessment of equipment failures to critical facilities. Develop a fiscal year-based replacement schedule with cost estimate for each asset, which will be used for budgeting purposes.
