At a minimum, 90% of clients in treatment over 30 days shall have had a physical exam within the past 12 months at the end of the treatment phase. 11.3.3.3 Client Satisfaction - Submission. At a minimum, 80% of clients shall submit the County satisfaction measure at designated system time frame(s). 11.3.3.4 Timely Access. SU treatment programs are required to offer a first available appointment within timelines outlined in the SUDPOH. 11.3.3.4.1 From initial call/contact, 100% of clients who qualify for service, shall have a first visit, in person or via telehealth, or a triage detox visit (whichever is the first contact) within 10 days of the initial call. 11.3.3.4.2 From initial ASAM assessment, 100% of clients, who meet criteria for program treatment levels, shall have a first treatment visit, in person or via telehealth, within 7 days of the initial ASAM assessment.
