Specifications include, but are not limited to: THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO IS SEEKING QUOTES FOR A CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES TO DEVELOP AND DESIGN RECRUITMENT BROCHURES TO ATTRACT A WIDE RANGE OF CANDIDATES. 2.2.1 The Contractor shall develop a brochure to advertise the position, including specific County provided language; and recommend methods of outreach and diverse advertising including publications, frequency and duration. 2.2.2 The Contractor shall develop a brochure package including a one page flyer and a recruitment brochure, with County provided language and suggest language to use to advertise the position. 2.2.3 The Contractor shall utilize a process that is thorough and transparent and is designed to attract a national/international pool of highly qualified and diverse candidates.
