(a) It is the purpose and intent of these Specifications to describe the minimum requirements for VEHICULAR TRAFFIC SIGNAL EQUIPMENT to be used by the Street Maintenance Division of the Public Works Department within the City of Fresno. (b) All items not specifically mentioned which are required for a complete unit shall be included in the unit bid price. (c) All equipment and accessories to be furnished must be new and in current production. All products shall conform in design, strength, quality of material and workmanship to current industry standards. (d) Each bid shall be accompanied by a copy of the following: a) Any applicable manufacturer's Published Price List or website b) The manufacturer's descriptive literature and specifications or website c) The manufacturer's standard warranty (e) All equipment and accessories shall comply with regulations of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Cal/OSHA), whichever is more restrictive.
