In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, pest control services including bi-monthly (twice a month) preventative services and call back services. This is an on-call contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available workforce for complete and full preventative pest control services at select Presidio of Monterey (POM) and Ord Military Community (OMC) buildings as outlined in the Technical Specifications, as well as emergency services as required. In general, the work is to include surveillance, monitoring, trapping, pesticide application, pest removal components, and preventative treatments/servicing of all buildings under the scope of this contract. No structural or corrective work is to be performed on any buildings.
