1. Project Description The Riverside Unified School District (District) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQs) from qualified commercial real estate brokerage firms to provide professional services in support of the District’s real estate needs. The selected firm will assist the District with property acquisition, disposition, leasing, market analysis, and related services. The goal is to ensure cost-effective and strategically beneficial real estate decisions that meet the District’s long-term objectives. 2. Scope of Services The selected brokerage firm will be expected to provide the following services: ● Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to support real estate decisions. ● Property Acquisition and Disposition: Identify potential properties, negotiate acquisitions, and assist with property sales or leasing. ● Lease Negotiation and Management: Support the District in lease agreement negotiations and ensure terms are in the District’s best interest. ● Valuation and Financial Analysis: Provide property valuation, cost-benefit analysis, and financial projections. ● Due Diligence Support: Assist in evaluating environmental, legal, and financial aspects of potential transactions. ● Transaction Management: Ensure seamless coordination of real estate transactions, including closing and documentation.
