The Commission is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering professionals to provide Construction Management (CM), Materials Testing, Construction Surveying and Environmental Monitoring Services for the SART 2 project. Services will include pre-construction planning and specifications and estimate (PS&E) review; bid analysis and award recommendation; construction inspection; preparation of progress payments and change orders; schedule and claim analysis; Contractor interface and contract administration; office engineering; and other assorted duties as appropriate for construction management, as well as materials testing, construction surveying, environmental monitoring and project closeout tasks. The Commission intends to award one qualified consultant as a result of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 26-67-029-00.
