Specifications include, but are not limited to: FCC-LICENSING: A.CHANNELS shall be in the VHF band between 158.675 MHz to 158.725 MHz. B.CHANNEL bandwidth shall be 20 KHz, withcapability of future migration to 12.5 KHz. C.CHANNELS shall be capable of FCC-licensing forAnalog FM and Digital C4FM modulation. D.It shall be possible to license the CHANNEL basestations for duplex/repeater (FB2) operation, 100WERP (minimum) anywhere within LA County("COUNTY"). E.It shall be possible to license the CHANNEL foroperation at 40W ERP (minimum) anywhere withinLos Angeles or San Diego Counties. F.The offered frequency shall have no co-channellicensees within Los Angeles and San DiegoCounties as well as the neighboring counties of SanLuis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Kern, SanBernardino, Riverside, Orange and Yuma andLaPaz Counties in Arizona
