This is a firm-fixed price Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services for HVAC Services and air quality controls for facility operations requirements to maintain safe conditions for the public, commercial users, and FS employees safe. This includes services for all Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment which is approximately 122,300sqft of space. Services are for maintaining, monitoring system panel alarms, preventative maintenance, required inspections, filter replacements, review of system settings with thermostats, controllers, air handling units (AHU), Variable Air Volume (VAV), flow sensors, dampers, diffusers, exhaust systems, pump systems, plus quarterly inspections, bi-annual & annual inspections and testing of HVAC systems.
This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.
This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors and the Small Business Size Standard is $19M. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award.
Period of Performance for this requirement is base plus four one year options.
Quote Submissions: Quotes are due no later than September 1, 2025, at 3:00 PM Mountain Standard time. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before offer due date and time.
Questions about this soliciytaion are due by 25 August 2025.
