The Work to be done hereunder consists primarily of constructing improvements on local streets, service roads, and alleys. The Work generally includes cold milling of AC and/or concrete pavement, constructing AC and/or concrete pavement, curbs, gutters, ADA access ramps and sidewalks; crushed miscellaneous base; excavation; grading; surveying; tree removals, tree pruning; root shaving and pruning. The Work may also include furnishing and placing earth fill; adjusting or reconstructing manhole frames; reconstructing curb drains; erosion control; reconstructing storm drain connector pipes; traffic striping and marking; traffic signal conduit; streetlight conduit; utility relocations; crack seal; slurry seal; and landscaping and irrigation. Bids are required for the entire Work.
