Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Kickoff Meeting with District/JPA staff • Draft brochure highlighting the Pure Water Project Demonstration Facility, Project benefits, Project schedule, information about the advanced treatment technology, FAQs, map illustrating the approximate location of proposed facilities and pipelines, and other pertinent information • Final Project Brochure that incorporates staff’s comments • Planning and management of a Beer Brew and Tasting Event with the following constraints: o Solicit participation from primarily local beer-makers within the JPA service area o Identify and hold the event at a location within the JPA service area other than on JPA/ District facilities (due to restrictions on serving alcohol on District/JPA property). o Limit the event to 150 participants (District to develop guest list). o Follow-up with invitees and confirm attendance. o Procure any permits and insurance that may be required for the event. o Run the event from beginning to end. • Planning and management of a Coffee Brew and Tasting Event with the following constraints: o Solicit participation from primarily local coffee makers within the JPA service area o Identify and hold the event at the Pure Water Demonstration Facility located at the District Headquarters Facility on a Saturday morning. o Limit the event to 50 participants (District to develop guest list). o Follow-up with invitees and confirm attendance. o Coordinate with District staff to combine with a tour of the Pure Water Demonstration Facility. o Run the event from beginning to end. • Planning and management of a Pure Water Gelato Event with the following constraints: o Solicit participation from a local gelato maker. o Identify and hold the event at the Pure Water Demonstration Facility located at the District Headquarters Facility on two separate weekday early evenings. o Limit the event to 50 participants each event/100 total (District to develop guest list). o Follow-up with invitees and confirm attendance. o Coordinate with District staff to combine with a tour of the Pure Water Demonstration Facility. o Run the event from beginning to end.
