Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this Agreement is for the Contractor to: a. Purchase and install 4 chain drive motorized electronic gate openers; SL3000101UL AC High-Traffic Commercial Slide Gate Operator or similar and control systems. b. Install per industry standards with all mandatory safety and control components such as Monitored through-beam photo eyes, monitored wireless edge kit, loops, keypads, intercoms, monitored safety entrapment edges and chain, or similar. Upon completion of the installation of 4 High Traffic Commercial Slide Gate Operators the contractor will inspect gates motor parts, torque belts, (belts and pulleys internally and externally) visually inspect the gears, chain, chassis, intercoms, loop, keypads, and circuit board for proper functioning per specifications standards.
