A. Vendor shall provide HVAC Filters and miscellaneous filters and related supplies. B. Vendor shall require no minimum order size or value limitations. Vendor shall accept and perform, no matter order size or value, under all terms and conditions of contract. C. County will make it best efforts to bundle orders, although small orders may be necessary and unavoidable. Vendor shall accept orders placed “as-needed” and at the convenience of the County. D. Substitution of product(s) shall NOT be accepted by County, unless previously agreed. County reserves the right to refuse any product substitutions regardless of compatibility. E. Product and material supplied, shall be NEW material(s) and product(s) with no visible irregularities, damage or defects.
