The City is seeking a collaborative and innovative buyer/development partner who shares the community’s vision and is capable of leading the transformation of the site. This partner will assume full ownership of the parcel while ideally serving as a catalyst for improvements to the larger Village Center area. The City welcomes proposals from buyers with a demonstrated ability to design, permit, and construct projects aligned with or complementary to the Core Area Vision Plan. The City is open to exploring creative partnership opportunities to support the successful redevelopment / reuse of the site. The property is currently zoned CC (Commercial Community), and no change to the zoning is anticipated, but will be considered based on project proposals.
