The Contractor will inspect and maintain the above listed equipment as follows: 1. Control Panels – clean inside and outside. Check wire connections and tighten as needed. 2. Clocks/timers, if applicable – clean inside and outside. Check for proper operation and replace parts as needed. 3. Coils – clean. Check for proper operation and replace parts as needed. 4. Low Water Probes – clean. Check for proper operation, replace as needed. 5. Make-up Box Cover (Inside) 6. Contacts – check for wear. Replace as needed. 7. Motor Lube Bearing Oil – drain and refill. 8. Electric Solenoid Valve for Oiler – check for proper operation. Replace as needed. 9. Lower Bearing Drip Oil – drain and refill. 10.Armature – clean off rust and/or dirt. 11.Electrical Connections – check for tightness and heat damage. Replace parts as needed. 12.Bearings (if applicable) – grease. 13.Bug Screens on all motors and panels – clean and replace as needed. 14.Verify that manual and automatic operating modes are functioning properly
