The City of Inglewood is soliciting proposals for the provision of the publication of legal notices pursuant to Inglewood Charter Article XXXII, Section 1 and Government Code sections 6000- 6078. The newspaper must be of general circulation in the City of Inglewood, County of Los Angeles, during the City’s Fiscal Year 2025-26 (October 1, 2025-Sept. 30, 2026). Proposals will only be accepted from Contractors that submit proof of adjudication by the Los Angeles Superior Court as a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Inglewood, County of Los Angeles. The Newspaper must be adjudicated in Los Angeles County, maintain adjudication for the City of Inglewood for the duration of the Agreement, circulate and publish in Los Angeles County, including the City of Inglewood, publish in English, and publish weekly. Proposers must submit proof of adjudication as a newspaper of general circulation with their proposal submission.
