The City of Simi Valley (City), Public Works Department (Department), is requesting proposals (Proposals) from Consultants to provide Public Works Inspection Services of a Private Development (Services) consisting of observing private development construction of improvements. The location of the Service is the Lost Canyons Subdivision (Subdivision), TT5734/PD-S-1021. The Subdivision is a 1,770-acre master-planned community and will feature a 364-unit subdivision/single-family homes. The Subdivision will be a multi-year and multi-phase project, and will require extensive inspection services. Due to the scope of the Service, the Department’s internal resources will be significantly impacted. Therefore, the City is seeking to contract with a qualified, reliable, and dependable Consultant to provide this Service.
