The City of Richmond’s Police Department was using Lexis Nexis software suite that includes Coplogic Desk Officer Report Systems (DORS), Citizen Online Reporting System, Police Report Fulfillment Service and Accurint to assist the Police Department with report fulfillment services. The City of Richmond Police Department would like to explore if there are other providers that can provide a similar software suite or services or if LexisNexis is still the best suited software for the Police Department. The LexisNexis software suite allows citizens to complete an online police report for certain crimes in English and Spanish and a DORS to review and approve the request. In addition, the department uses LexisNexis for report fulfillment services (Request a Report) and Traffic Collison Report fulfillment services. In addition, the Police Department also uses the Accurint solution for cell phone data analysis. The LexisNexis software currently interface with the Department’s Mark43 Records Management System (RMS)
