A. Design and create eight (8) original public murals on eight (8) buildings – Bldgs 70, 71, 74, 75, 96, 97, 100 and 101. One mural shall be painted on the side of each building facing Central Park (See Attachment A); B. Coordinate and lead at least one (1) community engagement meeting with HACLA staff, Nickerson Gardens Resident Advisory Council and residents to gather community feedback and recommendations on collaborative design; C. Submit color renderings of the murals in electronic format to designated HACLA staff for final approval prior to painting; D. Organizing a community event day where Nickerson Gardens residents may participate in painting the murals. E. Adhere to industry best practices and use industry recognized quality paint, materials and sealants for maximum lifespan of the murals.
