Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide public opinion research services to help better inform and advise Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) on important matters, and better understand the opinions and needs of the constituencies it serves. The contractor must develop survey instruments and conduct public opinion research. The sample, universe, and process for conducting the research must reflect the diversity, geography, and size of LAUSD. The research must also include data analysis, the employment of measures to ensure reliability and validation, and the generation of results. A detailed written report shall be provided with analyzing results, providing statistically valid data, and making data-driven recommendations. Deliverables - A survey instrument(s) detailed written report(s) of public opinion research, data-driven recommendations to LAUSD, and possibly presenting the information in public meetings.
