The City of Indian Wells (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to design, administer, and analyze a statistically valid community survey regarding sales tax and related local tax issues. The purpose of the survey is to provide the City Council and staff with reliable, unbiased information to guide future policy decisions and evaluate potential revenue measures. Firms responding to this RFP must demonstrate extensive experience in conducting municipal opinion research, particularly in the areas of local tax measures, public finance, and voter sentiment analysis. The successful Consultant shall have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience and a record of successful completion of comparable projects for public agencies.
