Specifications include, but are not limited to: CalPERS seeks to establish a pool of firms from which the Office of Public Affairs (PAOF) engages contractors to provide Marketing Services (marketing, graphic design, photography, survey/research, speaker engagement), Communications Services (specialized benefits, crisis communications, writing/editorial, media communications training), Speakers Bureau, Audiovisual Support and Live Event Presentation Services, Captioning Services (offline and real-time captioning), Web Event Services (webcasts and webinars). PAOF supports the needs of the enterprise and Board which sometimes requires external assistance (outside of civil service), expertise and equipment to provide the services requested or to meet ADA compliance. Engagements are on an as-needed basis for a contract term of up to five (5) years.
