Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposers may choose to bid on one or more of the service categories A through E when submitting proposals. It is not a requirement of this RFP to bid on all of the service categories. Descriptions of the categories are outlined below. A. Marketing Services 1. Marketing: Provide services in development of education, marketing, branding and outreach campaigns; develop methods to expand membership or usage of programs and products; produce product and services marketing materials; and special event coordination. 2. Digital Marketing: Provide services in implementation and maintenance of digital marketing and analytics software and services. Functions include digital marketing automation, email marketing, customer relationship management, web analytics, and/or search engine optimization. 3. Graphic Design: provide graphic design assistance for digital or offset print materials and miscellaneous graphic design projects, materials, or services. Design firms will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and personnel to provide graphic design needs from initial concept through preparation of final digital files. 4. Photography: provide services for digital photography, post-production work and/or photo prints. Photography assignments may include all or some of the following, but not limited to: Custom head shots utilizing natural light per CalPERS’ brand guidelines at specific locations on the CalPERS campus, custom head shots using studio lighting provided by the vendor, on site at CalPERS, make-up artist as needed, option to review and select photos on demand at location, deliver all selected photos in high resolution format with unlimited rights to CalPERS. Post-production work may be required to modify photos to meet the needs of the final output, for example minimal “touch up” work for headshot photos. Some shoots may require the production of a “proof sheet”.
