Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish equipment , software, material, and labor to install the Avigilon equipment and application; configure doors on Avigilon server; remove old access control panels; provide end user and administrative training to staff; reuse existing door hardware, cabling and electric strike wherever possible; and test system configuration. New cabling will be staged; however, Contractor will be responsible for reconnecting Request to Exit and door strike; install, terminate and supply door contact, connect cabling to card readers. Label access control cables at equipment side. Contractor shall be certified in, and capable of, installation, termination, and testing of the system. The City of Redding will be responsible for providing LDAP information, including admin users and user profiles; door schedule (work hours, unlock hours, lock hours) ; user list with hour and door access; configuration of VLAN, network connections; creation of IP addresses, subnet masks, gateway addresses for Avigilon equipment; virtual server, and UPS for Avigilon equipment.
