Specifications include, but are not limited to: The security firm shall provide private security services for the Vista Civic Center including but not limited to: A. On-site security personnel from 3pm-Ilpm Monday through Sunday with the potential, at the City's option, to provide on-site security personnel during additional hours. Furthermore, the City reserves the right to change the hours for security service with reasonable notice. B. The security personnel provided must be uniformed and have a professional appearance and attitude. The assigned personnel must have the ability to interact with the public. C. Other required characteristics of the assigned personnel include good judgment and common sense and the ability to follow directions and directives from supervisors. D. Assigned personnel must have experience with and be capable of interacting with difficult teens and pre-teens in an effort to prevent vandalism.
