The Contractor shall provide all services including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, and an English-speaking supervisor on site daily, to complete the scope of work. Tasks – The 109-acre project is divided into five (5) zones, as detailed on Exhibit A – Attachment 1, with Priority Areas and Secondary Areas. Each zone is considered a task. Task 1 | Zone 1 – consists of seven (7) acres of Priority Area and two (2) acres of Secondary Area Zone 1 shall be accessed via the Pannonia Ranchos Home Owner Association private roads and through the Ross Family Parcel on Moon Shadow Court, pursuant to temporary access agreements between the Commission and Pannonia Ranchos Association, Inc. and the Ross Family Trust (collectively, the “Access Agreements”). Contractor shall be bound by the terms of those Access Agreements, which are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A – Attachments 5 and 6 and incorporated herein. Pannonia Ranchos Association, Inc. shall be accessed from Prosser Dam Road, as detailed on Exhibit A – Attachment 2 and per the terms of the Access Agreement included herein as Exhibit A – Attachment 5. Ross Family Parcel Commission property shall be accessed from the Ross Family Parcel, as detailed on Exhibit A – Attachment 3, and per the terms of the Access Agreement included herein as Exhibit A – Attachment 6. A landing for the processing of harvested material shall be located to the north of the Ross Family Parcel on Commission property. Moon Shadow Court and a portion of the Ross Family Parcel driveway shall be used to access the landing located on Commission property. Equipment that is permitted to access the landing through the Ross Family Parcel includes an 18-wheel log truck, a semi-truck with a low boy which is loaded with harvesting equipment, a rubber-tired skidder, a feller buncher, water tender, fire-fighting equipment, standard commercial vehicles, and a masticator. To access the landing, equipment shall access the Ross Family Parcel at the end of Moon Shadow Court, travel up a portion of the Ross Family Parcel driveway, and unload at the landing on Commission property behind the Ross residential structure. Equipment shall exit using the same route as was entered by turning around at the landing.
