The proposers shall have the necessary experience to provide Property and Casualty insurance services listed in this RFP. The selected brokerage firm will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of services related to the City’s Property and Casualty Liability insurance coverage. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Insurance Placement & Market Analysis: Assist in the placement and renewal of insurance policies by conducting thorough market analysis to identify suitable carriers and negotiate optimal terms. a. Provide certificates of insurance requested by the City within one business day of the request to both the City and the third party indicated by the City. b. Respond in writing within five days of the City’s request for new coverage and/or modifications in existing coverage. c. Notify the City in a timely manner about changes or proposed changes initiated by parties other than the City affecting the City’s insurance coverages.
