Detailed description of work to be performed and duties of all parties: A. Property Sweeping (1). The Contractor shall perform property sweeping services in the following areas (when applicable) to remove oil spills, trash, and debris: a. On all paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles (parking lots, driveways, skills test areas, gated vehicle enclosure areas, etc.). 1. The Contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment (trailer-mounted equipment shall not be utilized) to sweep all paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles. b. In all corners. c. Behind all wheel stops/parking blocks in parking lots. d. Around all waste and ash receptacles. e. Inside and outside of dumpster enclosures. f. On all sidewalks and walkways within and next to parking lots and driveways and adjacent to and surrounding buildings and structures. g. In all doorway and entryway areas to buildings and enclosures. h. In all alcoves. i. Under and around all trees and shrubs where paved surfaces are adjacent to property borders. j. In patio area. (2). The Contractor shall remove oil spills from paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles using environmentally safe oil absorbent and properly pick up and dispose of absorbent after each use. (3). The Contractor shall remove debris from all drains on paved surfaces to ensure they remain unobstructed. 4). The Contractor shall manually pick up trash and debris around trash receptacles, in planters, in drains, in corners, in alcoves, etc. where mechanical equipment cannot be utilized to pick up trash and debris. (5). The Contractor shall not blow, sweep, push or otherwise move trash and debris into drains, landscape areas, plants or flowerbeds, public walkways, streets, or adjacent properties. (6). The Contractor shall haul away and dispose of all trash and debris offsite. The Contractor shall not dispose of trash and debris on the DMV’s property or in the DMV’s waste collection receptacles or dumpsters. B. Property Pressure Washing (1). The Contractor shall perform property pressure washing services, using own water source and an appropriate output in pounds per square inch (PSI) to not damage surface being cleaned, to remove spills, dirt, debris, bird droppings, cobwebs, and stains from the following (when applicable): a.
