The services shall be provided during non-DMV business hours as follows: A. Property Sweeping: The Contractor shall perform services during non-DMV business hours One (1) time per week, on Sunday, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (change hours as needed) or during hours in compliance with the city ordinance code, except on state holidays as indicated on the DMV’s website at: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform services due to a state holiday, the services shall be rescheduled for the next DMV business day. B. Property Pressure Washing: The Contractor shall perform services during non-DMV business hours one (1) time per month, on the first (1st) weekend of the month, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. Saturday to 6:00 a.m. Monday or during hours in compliance with the city ordinance code, except on state holidays as indicated on the DMV’s website at: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/dmv/offices. Should the Contractor be unable to perform services due to a state holiday, the services shall be rescheduled for the next non-holiday weekend.
