Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendors to participate in a Proof of Concept (POC) demonstration, at no cost to the DMV. The purpose of this contract is to acquire vendors to participate in a Proof of Concept (POC) demonstration project where, at no cost to the state, the department may evaluate products capable of providing Enterprise Identity and Privileged Identity Access management. The product must be able to provide single sign-on and multi-factor authentication to access corporate applications and data internally and externally. The product must be able to manage user accounts by policies through AD, RACF, and Remedy groups through client server and mainframe systems and be able to validate success and failures and provide an audit trail. The solution must provide for role based access control (RBAC). Furthermore, it should have Federated Identity capabilities and provide streamlined mobile device and remote access support. The solution must be accurate, improve processes and show a cost benefit to the DMV.
