Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) invites firms pre-qualified on the 2021 Construction Management, Design Services & Asset Management Bench, Service Category 3: Asset Management Program Support Services to apply for this project. BATA is seeking a consultant to assist BATA and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) to support the bridge asset management program for state-owned Bay Area bridges that are operated and maintained by Caltrans. Consultant will assist BATA and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) to support the bridge asset management program for state-owned bridges that are operated and maintained by Caltrans in the Bay Area. Consultant will coordinate closely with Caltrans and BATA program managers, facilitate the coordination of bridge information and technical writings in an accessible format, support BATA staff in making presentations to the Bay Area Toll Authority members, perform independent cost estimate and risk analysis, and provide supplemental technical specialty expertise and in-depth studies as identified by Caltrans and BATA.
