We are looking to contract for a construction Project Management Software (“PMS”) to the SSFUSD bond program for construction project control software to the vendor who offers the best value and the most effective combination of cost, quality and performance for District construction management document and cost control, not necessarily the lowest price. The Respondent shall work collaboratively with SSFUSD bond program staff, provide limited, ongoing training support, limited customization services, and archiving support for every project. The District will use the software to log and track project-level documentation, facilitate project-level document, project level cost management, basic cost exposure, project team communications, and tracking of project-level documentation.
