Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to request proposals from qualified firms to provide project management and related services for the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The project consists of holistic project management for the implementation of Infor CloudSuite (CS) which includes Financials, Supply Management, HR / Talent, Payroll, and integrations with other enterprise-wide systems as further described in Exhibit A – Scope of Work of this RFP. With the implementation of Infor CloudSuite, the District seeks to utilize industry standards and best practices and anticipates updates to current process will be necessary. In an effort to ensure the implementation plan provides business process improvements and technology modernizations as soon as possible, the selected contractor will be responsible for providing critical support to the system implementation and integration to relieve staff capacity constraints and reduce risk to the implementation process.
