Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Program will provide qualified owner occupants of single-family housing units up to $15,000 in conditional grants for renovation of their homes. The funds will be used for exterior improvements to homes such as: painting, Lead based paint stabilization and/or abatement, siding repairs, stucco work, sandblasting and color-coating, roofing repairs and improvements including asbestos abatement, irrigation and landscaping for front facing yards, minor repairs of termite and wood rot damage, broken window and window screen repairs, exterior lighting, driveway repaving, front fencing repairs and improvements, and removal of debris and other eyesores as determined by CRA/LA staff and agreed to by the homeowner.
