Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this RFS, the County of Los Angeles (County) Department of Health Services (DHS) is soliciting for a Work Order with a qualified corporation or firm(Vendor), who can provide evaluation and technical assistance services to assess the effectiveness of DHS’ Integrated Correctional Health Services (DHS-ICHS) –Addiction Medicine Services (ICHS-AMS) which comprises of Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT) and evidence-based Substance Use Disorder (SUD)treatment. Services shall include a complete systematic evaluation of all in-custody SUD treatment and MAT services which includes to incorporate Methadone Maintenance (MM) and a comprehensive strategy to develop treatment services focused on stimulant use disorder within the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department’s (LASD) jail facilities. The Vendor’s services include but are not limited to providing quality assurance and improvement; assessing the quality of data and data analysis utilized by these programs; identifying measurable program outcomes (e.g., recidivism rates); and conducting population specific forecast projections for patients that could benefit from SUD treatment and MAT services.
