Specifications include, but are not limited to:This is a Small Business Option Bid Opportunity for Professional Uniformed Security Officer services that will be used in Old Town San Diego State Historic Park on an ongoing basis, 365 days a year. Service consists of a roving patrol visiting the property three times per night, seven nights a week, during approximately 9pm-5am, patrolling the property for approximately 45 minutes per visit. The patrols will include walking the park property. Security Officers will contact persons as needed to deter their unauthorized presence. Security service to include daily activity reports. Property specific post orders will be created during start up walk through. Security Officers should have knowledge of Old Town San Diego State Historic Park and experience with contacting transients. Contractor shall provide a method for State to monitor security service reporting with real-time, GPS, digital photos, and web-based 24/7 access in a user-friendly format. Contractor’s web-based reporting system will be made available for review prior to the start of the contract by the state’s project manager to ensure it meets the objectives listed in the scope of duties.
