Topographic and Boundary Surveying The consultant shall establish horizontal and vertical control necessary to produce plans that accurately show the new bike trail alignments, rough earthwork quantities, drainage improvements, Right-Of-Way (ROW) locations and existing utilities which may be in conflict with the proposed work. The City will provide input as to approximate known location of existing utilities but positive location is ultimately the responsibility of the design team. The surveying scope should include all topographic mapping required to adequately locate and design the proposed bridge and make improvements to the intersection at Ruisseau Francais. The consultant team should also consider necessary mapping and/or documentation required to support the bridge design and permitting, including for hydrology/hydraulic analysis.
