Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, vehicles, uniforms, materials, and services necessary to provide security for LBWD during the Contract period. The Contractor shall provide trained, licensed and permitted security officers along with a minimum of two (2) reliable vehicles to perform the following services:1. Patrol and inspect LBWD critical facilities;2. Provide continuous daytime coverage at two guard posts;3. Secure engineering project sites;4. Provide 24/7 security services at one location;5. Perform other security and emergency response related services;6. Implement and use a Guard Tour patrol system (Or approved equal);7. Assign a golf cart (or similar style vehicle) for security use at the Administration/Operations facility. This cart will assist the assigned officer in patrolling and responding to emergency incidents across the campus.
