Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will provide excellent communication with the City staff via email, telephone, and in-person meetings on an as-needed basis; • The service will take place each day, 365 days per year, including holidays; • Personnel will secure access gates daily at 7:00 pm or dusk, whichever is earlier, at Trancas Canyon Park and sunset at Las Flores Creek Park and the Malibu Equestrian Park; • Personnel will begin clearing the park 15 minutes before the closure time; • Personnel will verify that the park and restrooms are clear of all patrons before locking the restroom facilities and entry gate; • Personnel will effectively communicate and enforce the City’s park rules and municipal code; • Personnel will contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department Lost Hills Division and request assistance when confronted by anyone refusing to leave park sites
