This Scope of Work establishes requirements for Professional Music Performances to be provided by the Contractor for John Wayne Airport. Professional Music Performances are part of JWAlive, John Wayne Airport music performance program, to enhance the overall guest experience. Scope of Work: Contractor Requirements: 1. Provide professional musicians for regularly scheduled JWAlive music performances. Performances will be either 2 hours or 3 hours in duration. 2. Provide a list of musicians to fulfill the JWAlive monthly performance schedule established by the County Project Manager. 3. Provide musicians who can perform a variety of specialty genre styles of music, including but not limited to era-themed music and holiday caroling for special events at the Terminal and/or off-site location(s) as requested by the County Project Manager. 4. Serve as the main point of contact for all musicians on the JWAlive roster. Including, but not limited to, coordinating and providing information regarding schedules, badging, parking, and JWAlive music program details, as well as addressing and remedying noise/sound complaints from guests or tenants. 5. Serve as Authorized Signatories (minimum of two) for the badging of musicians at the Airport. Contractor personnel members must take and pass the JWA Authorized Signatory badging course and be responsible for coordinating the badging of musicians through the John Wayne Airport Badging Office. 6. Contractor shall incur costs related to lost, stolen and/or unreturned badges. 7. As badge holders, Contractor and musicians must comply with all badging regulations. 8. Ensure musicians review, sign, and submit the JWAlive Guidelines and County of Orange Release of Liability, or shall not be allowed to perform. 9. Submit an invoice to JWA Accounts Payable consecutively at the end of each month after completed performances. John Wayne Airport Shall: 1. Provide for the cost of the initial badge issuance for Authorized Signatories and musicians. 2. Provide parking validation for musicians. 3. Provide sound equipment for performances. 4. Provide JWAlive Guidelines and County of Orange Release of Liability (Exhibit #4).
