Provide professional lighting, holiday décor program and event planning services for the citywide year-round lighting and seasonal décor elements. The Lighting, Décor Program and Event Planning services will include, but is not limited to, the procurement, installation, maintenance, removal and replacement of warm white light emitting diode (LED) lights on trees within the City of Redlands, seasonal Holiday decorations including a programmable (for music and light show) 38’ ft artificial Christmas tree outfitted with multi-colored LED lights for lighted canopy elements, varying sizes of lighted wreaths, robust garland and bows affixed to downtown light poles, lighted sidewalk décor, and ancillary décor in Ed Hales Park. In addition, the Event Planning Services for the holiday season are to procure, coordinate, schedule and organize, the following elements to host a Tree Lighting Ceremony Event; provide a carnival style game booths, face painter, balloon artist, concession stands, tables, chairs, petting zoo, photo booth, inflatable attractions, arts and crafts, a live band, holiday characters, a stage and live, real-bearded “Santa” character appearance onsite for four (4) hours during the City’s Tree Lighting Ceremony Event, generally held on the Saturday prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday. The real-bearded “Santa” character shall be available for photos with visitors.
