Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Sunnyvale (City) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to provide state and/or federal legislative and funding advocacy services. Proposals may include other areas of expertise including, but not limited to, grant support services. The City’s object is to award a multi-year contract with a firm, or multiple firms, that will provide the required services. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Services. This RFP includes three (3) primary areas of work. Proposers may respond with a Proposal that addresses one or more of these tasks. Each proposal should clearly state the tasks covered by the proposal, a cost for each task independently, and a total cost for all task(s) proposed. The three scopes of work (tasks) included in this RFP are: • Task 1 - State Legislative and Funding Advocacy Services • Task 2 - Federal Legislative and Funding Advocacy Services • Task 3 - Grant Support Services
