The Port is initiating the Pier F Sewer Main Improvements & SLS 118-119 Upgrades Project (Project) to implement recommendations identified in the 2013 Sewer Master Plan (SMP) (Attachment M). The Project includes relocation and replacement of two (2) sanitary sewer lift stations (SLS 118 and SLS 119), as well as the reconstruction of an 8-inch and 18-inch sewer main along Pier F Avenue. These improvements are necessary to address capacity and slope deficiencies, enhance operational reliability, and accommodate increased flows from recent and future development at Pier F. To support the successful delivery of the Project, the Port is seeking a qualified consultant to provide pre-design, design, and design support during the bidding, construction, and close out phases.
