The scope of work generally includes providing bid-ready construction documents package for removal of a Parkson Headworks fine screen, and in its place installation of a new Duperon Headworks screen. Consultant shall provide the following but will not be limited to the following: 9.2.1. To review the documentation for existing Duperon screen, to visit the City of Tracy Wastewater Treatment Plant and examine suitability of the electrical, mechanical and SCADA system for the ability of the site to receive the new Duperon screen or to suggest changes to be made as part of the bid package. 9.2.2 To produce a complete bid package on which the construction companies will offer construction bid proposals. The Consultant chosen will be expected to take part in the bidder selection, and, also in a team, to answer any questions arising from the construction bid process.
