The Water Storage Facilities Assessments, Safety Upgrades, Rehabilitation, and Water Quality Improvements Project was derived from the FY 25-26 CIP list. The project will require the consultant to conduct complete condition assessments of each storage tank for needs related to interior and exterior coating condition, mechanical mixers, passive and/or active ventilation, safety ladders and railings, and other upgrade features. The attached Project Location Map identifies the individual water storage tanks that are part of this project. Table 1 lists the facilities included for individual facility assessments and improvements. Reservoir tanks are grouped according to tank type with the understanding each tank type requires different considerations for assessment of their respective needed improvements. Table 1 also identifies the minimum issues to be addressed in the assessment by the consultant, however, the consultant is not limited to these presently identified issues in the conduct of the assessment. The consultant will be expected and encouraged to identify any additional significant issues related to corrective and preventive maintenance, operational upgrade, or facility replacement
