The San Bernardino County (County), through Human Services (HS) for the Performance Education and Resource Center (PERC) is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified individuals, organizations, and firms, hereinafter referred to as “Proposers” or “Contractors” to provide cost efficient, high quality training and development services to further the County’s Vision and professional development of the over 25,000 employees that currently serve the public, and meet the diverse learning needs of the over 40 County Departments. More specifically, this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being released to identify, pre-qualify, and create an authorized list of vendors, who will bid to provide Professional Development Services, under a fee for service Contract(s).
