1. Project goal and objectives – With the expanded responsibility of providing high quality training for all 45 departments while maintaining the County’s overall vision, there is a need to increase the variety and number of trainings being offered. PERC desires to augment their existing portfolio of trainings available to County employees with the assistance of training consultants in a number of areas. These services can be in person or, in some instances, virtual, using either direct or indirect facilitation styles and various techniques. • Contracted agency shall receive a written request for Services that includes the contact person, Scope of Work that is needed for potential Service, and proposed timeline from PERC. 2. Deliverables/Requirements: Successful Applicants shall provide Professional Development Services and maintain the ability to provide those services throughout San Bernardino County for the full length of the contract period. a. Professional Development Services should be available when requested. b. SOW will be provided by PERC on behalf of the requesting department(s). The SOW will indicate if there is any part of the project or work that is excluded, or that will be handled by the requesting department. c. The awarded Contractor(s) must be able to perform the following: i. Develop curricula and course materials; establish objectives and determine course content, sequence, and delivery systems based on the department's request. ii. Deliver instruction and present information to audiences of all sizes and compositions. iii. Develop evaluation instruments to measure effectiveness of training programs. iv.
