The City of Pittsburg (hereinafter referred to as "City"), as the Lead Agency, is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consultants possessing the skills, knowledge and experience for the preparation of a complete streetscape construction bid package including improvement plans, technical specifications, and a construction cost estimate for the proposed Pittsburg-Antioch Highway Widening Project (hereinafter referred to as "Project"). The City intends to enter into a Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) for Professional Services with the selected firm. The CSA, as negotiated, will require consideration for approval by the City Council. The consultant design team shall perform all professional and technical engineering, landscape architectural, irrigation, geotechnical, traffic and electrical services necessary to prepare a complete PS&E package with required reports suitable for the advertising, bidding, and construction process
